CallFundr Partners

Partner terms

The plain-language version of how the program works. Questions? Ask Jim before you sign up.

The rules, in plain words

  • No fee to join, ever.
  • Every commission and every share runs twelve months per shop.
  • To be paid at all, you need a paying shop of your own inside its twelve months. No paying shop of your own, nothing is paid.
  • Your share on the people you bring in starts once you have one paying shop of your own.
  • You're paid only on money we actually receive. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the shares on it come back off, all the way up.
  • One partner account per tax ID.
  • Payouts once you reach $50.
  • You close your own deals. Jim steps in only if you ask.
  • Calls from your portal. The only text you send a shop is the link to its closing report.
  • Bring your relationships, not your old employer's files. No lists, no prices, no customer names from anyone you worked for.
  • Leave alone the shops you sold or served for a former employer while any agreement you signed says to.
  • A partner who closes nothing earns nothing. Nothing on this page is a promise of income.
  1. 1. You are an independent partner

You are not an employee, agent, or contractor of CallFundr, and you cannot sign contracts or make commitments on CallFundr’s behalf. You set your own hours and pay your own taxes.

  2. 2. No exclusivity

You can refer shops to CallFundr alongside any other work you do. CallFundr can work with other partners and reach shops through its own channels, in any area.

  3. 3. Say only what we say

Describe CallFundr using the words on callfundr.com and in the partner script. No promises about pricing, results, features, or timelines beyond that copy. If you’re not sure, send the owner to Jim.

  4. 4. Calls are recorded

Calls you place from the CallFundr dialer are recorded and may be transcribed, so we can coach, resolve questions, and keep a record of each lead. The only text you send a shop is the link to its closing report.

  5. 5. How you’re paid

On every shop you close: 20% of the shop’s first payment, then 20% of every payment for 12 months. Commission starts on the shop’s first paid month, not its signup, and is a percent of money we actually receive. A shop’s 14-day free trial is its cancel window; once it pays, that commission is yours. If a shop leaves later, you simply stop earning on it.

  6. 6. The people you bring in

Bring in another salesperson (he applies with your link or code) and you get 2% of every payment on every shop he closes, for 12 months per shop. The partners he brings in, and theirs, one level after another: 1% each, ten levels deep in all. You are paid this share only while you have a paying shop of your own inside its 12 months; no paying shop of your own, nothing is paid. A share that isn’t paid is not passed to anyone else.

  7. 7. Twelve months, nothing after

Every commission and every share runs 12 months per shop. No other term.

  8. 8. Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment is charged back or refunded, every commission and every share on that payment is reversed, all the way up: cancelled if unpaid, deducted from the next payout if already paid.

  9. 9. Payouts

A commission is ready 10 days after the shop’s payment, and we pay once your ready money reaches $50. One partner account per tax ID. We never ask for tax information before your first payout. Once you have been paid $2,000 in a calendar year (the IRS line), your next payouts wait until your W-9, with your tax ID, is on file.

  10. 10. Founding partners

The first twenty-five partners we approve are founding partners, numbered in the order they are approved. When the seats are filled, the door closes; a seat is never given back to be filled again. Founding partners are their own group, separate from the shops: a founding partner gets a seat on the founding partners’ message board, which is input on where CallFundr goes, not decisions. The seat carries no extra pay and no equity. CallFundr reserves the right to remove anyone from the founding partners.

  11. 11. Your old employer

Bring your relationships, not your old employer’s files: no lists, no prices, no customer names from anyone you worked for. Leave alone the shops you sold or served for a former employer while any agreement you signed says to. You close your own deals; Jim steps in only if you ask.

  12. 12. Which shops are yours

Every lead you add is credited to you automatically. A lead you claim from a CallFundr list counts for you only while you hold it; releasing it releases the credit. If a lead is already in our system, the first touch wins and it isn’t credited again.

  13. 13. Ownership after a trial

When a shop you brought starts a free trial and the trial ends without converting, your ownership of that lead ends 3 days later. The lead stays in CallFundr’s system and comes off your page and your ledger.

  14. 14. Leads stay in the system

Leads you add become CallFundr leads. Hiding or “deleting” a lead removes it from your view only.

  15. 15. Deactivation

CallFundr or you can end the partnership at any time. Your leads stay in the system, and you keep your credit on shops already signed through you under these terms.

  16. 16. Changes

We may update these terms as the program grows. We’ll tell you before a change affects how you’re paid.
